A short plan with owners, dates and a way to tell whether it worked. We stay through the first review.

Mostly founder-led or family-owned businesses between 20 and 500 people. We also work with leadership teams inside larger organisations who need an outside view.
Four to twelve weeks. We prefer a defined piece of work with a clear end, rather than an open-ended retainer.
Sometimes. Leadership advisory is a monthly arrangement; project work is quoted as a fixed fee before we start.
The partner you meet in the first conversation. We keep teams small and do not hand the work to junior staff.
